- Comment: Josh and his team were wonderful to work with on the sale of our investment property. I, myself, am a licensed Realtor and I had our home listed on the MLS but to my surprise, we were not getting as much interest as I had anticipated. When Josh called about our home for sale, I was a bit hesitant to turn the responsibility of selling the home over to him as I have never done this in my 14 years of being a licensed agent, but Josh made us a great offer with multiple options to choose from and I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable in what he does. Josh was straight forward, honest, and in a timely manner, he got the job done that I was unable to do myself. Thank you, Josh, and team for being so wonderful to work with and for taking a heavy burden off our shoulders!
